“I wish I remembered the name of the very kind lady that helped us out. Long story short... She took a return from us that was not scheduled, this location had nothing to do with our rental. I called looking for a way to get rid of the rental with 20 minutes before close and she went out of her way to accomodate our poor planing. She saved the day!”

“Penske stands behind there vehicles. I use them because they are reliable and quick to repair a truck when needed. There service is outstanding and I have only used them for my personal moves but if given the opportunity in the future. I hope to use them on a commercial level. If they take care me as a well on my personal moves. I'm sure I'd love them on a buis. Level also. The ride this trip had alot of rain and the truck hot wet but Penske took care of it rgt away and allowed my drop on Orlando as apposed to Tampa to protect my boys from the water and adjusted my costs for the inconvenience. If your moving local or Long distance I highly recommend there vehicles and services as being top notch and desirable to use. Thanks for another successful move.”
“The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the ground is very sandy, so it got all over my feet. Besides it being a very busy street, which has no bearing on this rating. To pull into the driveway there was a big drop, that can bottom out a lower vehicle. So, I am glad that I brought my SUV. Otherwise, Jonise was a pleasure to deal with and rented it to me the same day.She came outside to her garage with all of the paperwork and contract, being there was no office. It was rented from their home, which is a good idea, being they have plenty of land.Vicki”

“So after seeing all the positive reviews on here about Tyler I decided to take my truck which was having trailer wiring issues that my mechanic couldn't figure out. Let me tell you something. This guy TYLER!!! Jumped right into action. I explained the issue and he diagnosed and fixed the problem which explanation of why I was having the issue of my trailer brakes not working properly. He fixed and installed new parts and wires. I didn't even have an appointment. Like everyone else says. He deserves a raise and to be the face of Uhaul . The fact that he fixed the issue and explained everything very detailed was very important to me. TYLER IS THE MAN!!!!”
“Great service and staff was very kind with nice manners. I had never driven a U-Haul before and the manager showed me patiently how it worked, before I drove off and used it for my move.
They also have a nice convenience store with all kinds of snacks, exotic knick knacks and assortments - as well as luggage.”

“Whoever is in charge of those two perfectly lovely gentlemen at Extra Stoage should pat themselves on the back for being an excellent judge of character. Todd, an Andy Dick, look-a-like if I ever saw one, was smoothly handling customer after customer with their most outlandish requests and bizarre situations that I wouldn’t have believed if they hadn’t unfolded in front of my eyes. And yet, even as wild as they were he then handled them with equivalent poise and precision. Almost like an art. And then Al. Let me tell you about Al. This man was ready for us before we even entered the door. All the paperwork ready, unit looking fresh, he had that golf cart moving me around and making sure I was happy as quick as possible. He was quick with a joke but kept the business precise and moving forward. These are two of the best guys you could ever ask for in front of your business.”
