“Just picked up our u-haul rental truck, utility & furniture dolly, mattress bag, furniture pads, etc., and this was by far the best U-haul experience we’ve ever had. Darrell is such a nice guy! So patient and helpful, we changed details of our rental at the counter and had card issues due to our change of address, which Darrell went above and beyond to try to overcome. He even brought all our equipment out to the truck for us. We’ve rented from many u-haul locations over the years and have never had a better experience- it’s the Darrell difference! Thanks so much for everything, we really appreciate it!”

“I needed to rent a large open trailer. I was able to reserve one by walking in a couple days ahead, although I could have reserved online. When I arrived at 7:30am on Saturday to pick up the trailer there was no line. The young lady at the desk was friendly, knowledgeable, and was expeditious processing my license information and credit charge. I departed the facility with my trailer attached to my hitch all within about 10 minutes. Returning the trailer was even easier, again no line. The well-organized lot staff had the trailer detached and I was able to check out without even having to go inside by opting for an emailed receipt. This was my second rental from there and it is a great U-Haul location to rent a truck or trailer from.”
