“If you’re in the Kissimmee area, and you need a U-Haul truck for your next move, I would 10,000% recommend this location. I had to rent a moving van for a couch, and these guys made it so easy. They had several different Vans to choose from. I respectfully asked if I could switch from The GMC van over to the Ford, and the gentleman behind the counter was extremely nice. He helped me out, no problem, got me a new rental agreement, and I was in and out and maybe four minutes total.
The insider location, while I didn’t use it much, I had plenty of moving supplies, tape, packaging, whatever you could need. The store was super clean, And it was really easy to figure out where you were going.
When I got to my truck, it was clean, new, and did not smell at all. Everything was in perfect working condition and I could not have been happier. I just got done returning the truck and the drop off is super simple. There’s very obvious signs on where to go versus not go. The drop off and pick up process were butter smooth. I will not go to any other U-Haul location. You guys have impressed the hell out of me.”

“Inform them it takes regular gas & location of the gas tank (it is hidden by driver's door & how to open it); you have to turn on the headlights (not automatic like cars)& where that is(I had to Google it to find it.). Where & how to operate emergency brake(It is a push button? Not on the floor?)This would be helpful & informative to those of us, who do not drive trucks. Thank you ?!”

“The couple who run this place took great care of us and went above and beyond to help us out unfortunately the dolly we got on the to get my inlaws sable out of storage the dolly had a malfunction on the highway but uhual took great care of us on that I'm just grateful we didn't have a car on it at that moment when it happened thank you to both the couple and uhual thank you all so much”

“Mary was extremely helpful, going above and beyond explaining how the system works since I had an inconvenience at the ACE hardware location in Davenport. They couldn't find the keys to the van nor trucks. I don't think that's very professional at all but Mary at the Chevron location made it all better. Also the rest of the team in the afternoon were very friendly and helpful. The lady even offered to park the van for me after I put gas.”

“Go to Penske. They're a block down the road. Nothing went right with this place. My friend thought they rented me a 12' truck to move $380 one way 20 miles. They gave their credit card info on their website. When I arrived by Uber, I was told it was just to hold the truck. This was the second place this company had sent me after reserving a truck.
The lady working at this location was rude. The hoops this place wants you to jump through for their higher than normal prices isn't worth the headache.
Penske was the best in this awful situation that this place had put us through and was half the price.”

“So after seeing all the positive reviews on here about Tyler I decided to take my truck which was having trailer wiring issues that my mechanic couldn't figure out. Let me tell you something. This guy TYLER!!! Jumped right into action. I explained the issue and he diagnosed and fixed the problem which explanation of why I was having the issue of my trailer brakes not working properly. He fixed and installed new parts and wires. I didn't even have an appointment. Like everyone else says. He deserves a raise and to be the face of Uhaul . The fact that he fixed the issue and explained everything very detailed was very important to me. TYLER IS THE MAN!!!!”
