“We were in need of a cargo van to pick up a couple of pieces of furniture that we bought and then a few things from a home improvement store so we booked a cargo van online at U-Haul.com. We arrived at the U-Haul and self storage office and there were three others in line before us. There were two workers present and they seemed to take care of each person in a friendly and helpful manner but also efficiently. The van we used was clean and functioned as we needed. It was $19.95 for the day plus .79 per mile. We only ended up keeping the van for about two hours and we turned it back in. We will rent from this location in the future”

“This U-Haul store was a friendly place to rent from. They also run a New & Used tire shop on same building. They have trailers and trucks. They park them behind the building and you check in the far right door entrance. I don't know how many trucks they have in supply so Ask. Very friendly place.”

“So after seeing all the positive reviews on here about Tyler I decided to take my truck which was having trailer wiring issues that my mechanic couldn't figure out. Let me tell you something. This guy TYLER!!! Jumped right into action. I explained the issue and he diagnosed and fixed the problem which explanation of why I was having the issue of my trailer brakes not working properly. He fixed and installed new parts and wires. I didn't even have an appointment. Like everyone else says. He deserves a raise and to be the face of Uhaul . The fact that he fixed the issue and explained everything very detailed was very important to me. TYLER IS THE MAN!!!!”

Upon pick up in The Bronx, New York, they were very thorough going over everuthing on the truck making sure we were well informed. On the drop off at Home Depot on S. OBT I wasn't kept waiting and as thorogh as they were on pick up they were on drop off. It was taken care of right away Robin was very cheerful and made sure I knew what she was chexking at all time. On both ends they were very professional and friendly.”
