“Had a conversation with Lou facility he was very accommodating, easy to deal with and provided all the options for the unit. He understood my needs and made every easy to follow so I signed up on the spot. Thanks Lou.”
“The manger at this location is the best! My partner and I was navigating through so much confusion at we tried to find the perfect unit. Nate was great! He was patient with us and gave great advice and information to help make an informed decision. I actually thought he was going to get annoyed with us but he didn't. He helped us through every step of the way with a positive attitude and a smiling face. He didn't stop until we were 100% satisfied. Such an awesome guy! We call him the king👑 of customer service! 😁”
“Today was a rough day was unable to get into my units until I met Alisha She was such a big help. She gave me into my units save the day. You should have her five days a week there it’s hard to find someone that works hard and a Such a helpful person.”
“We have used this company 2 times this year. We highly recommend them for all your moving needs. Earnest and Cedric were very careful with every piece of our furniture. They took their time to secure every item to make sure there were no scratches or damage whatsoever. There were on time both times and worked very hard.”
“To start off, they have better prices than competitors in the area. Second I want to thank Brian for being professional and resourceful for the questions I had. Will definitely recommend to others if needed.”
“Jim and Brian were both top notch! I appreciated their courtesy and professionalism during my first visit and renting with this storage company. Very clean and gates working. Definitely feel comfortable leaving my belongings here!”
“Matt was so wonderful. He explained everything and answered all the questions I had at the moment. My experience so far was great with Matt. The only concern is the temperature it feels a bit hot in there when I am paying for a cooler unit. But other than that LIKE I SAID Matt was so wonderful & I have to add that the customer service that helped me over the phone in corporate was great I am not sure his name but I believe it was Baron.
Thank you both so much.”
“Andria, it’s hard to top John at that property but seeing you walk around sweating bc you are busy cleaning grounds in this Florida heat always smiling and coming up to us customers to ask how our day is and if you can get us anything, is such a joy. My family at the other locations purposely stop by to just say hi to you. You guys are the best.”

“Amazing customer service! I walked in and was promptly greeted by both staff members. I explained what I needed, they explained the process, showed me locks, how they work, guided me to the storage unit, showed the the location, explained everything in details, including the contract etc. They could not have made the process easier. I was in and out with no hassle! Amazing job gentlemen. However, he knows exactly who I am and I appreciate the assistance and your co worker was pleasant as well!”
