“Due to cold weather this week, my auto battery was close to not starting. Brought it to O'Reilly in Chiefland to have them check it out. Kris was the staff member who helped us and he was fantastic! Patient, helpful, gave us good information. Checked the battery out and gave us suggestions before having to spend any money; it was low on a charge but encased so a bit more tricky to charge if needed. Took it on a long drive and it has been great ever since. We also purchased 2 key fob batteries, took the time to replace them, let us check them and we were on our way. A nice, pleasant, helpful person... We were so pleased to receive such awesome service and will return if any issues arise in the future. Thank you Kris and Happy New Years to everyone!!!”
