“My car battery died around 8:00 p.m., and I stopped by Advance Auto Parts for help. Unfortunately, due to a staff shortage, they weren’t able to perform a battery test for me.
I decided to try the AutoZone right next door, and I’m so glad I did. Mikhail was incredibly helpful and kind. Not only did he test my battery, but he also offered to replace it for me if I brought over the warranty replacement battery from Advance Auto Parts, since my old battery was still under warranty.
Mikhail was truly a lifesaver during a stressful situation. His willingness to go above and beyond, especially that late in the evening, meant a lot to me. I really appreciated his kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Thank you, Mikhail!”

“I had an excellent 5-star experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts. I came in needing assistance with a passenger-side light bulb replacement, and Louis was absolutely outstanding. He was thorough, attentive, and kind from the moment he began helping me. He not only took the time to make sure he diagnosed the correct light bulb that needed to be replaced, but he also checked to ensure all of the other lights were working properly.
Louis worked quickly and efficiently, while still performing numerous checks to make sure the bulb replacement was completed with the utmost quality. I understand that changing the bulb is not required and that the store’s responsibility is the sale, so the fact that he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied truly meant a lot. They by luck had a customer getting a lift and new tires so their new wheels were available so we got them for my daughter's Willy's and they make it look and ride so much better! “Very helpful with questions and concerns. Only took 3.5 days to get done when I was originally told 8. They tried to quicken the process as much as possible for me since I let them know I’m unable to rent a car and will be without one while they are working on it. They were very straightforward and informative on what they were gonna do to my car and answered any questions I had. Out of the 3 places i went to get an estimate from, this was the cheapest option as well. My car looked good as new after I got it back from them. Strongly recommend! Pictures show before and after.”

“I would like to give a shout out to Glen from store number 9579 on Lake Underhill road. He was super friendly and worked quickly to swap the 12v battery in my Prius Prime. Staff don’t usually touch hybrids for some reason. I went back as I had a question about the core and he had already taken care of it. Super friendly still. I would most definitely go bad to this store even though I have ones closer to the house.”

“Anthony R was awesome, friendly, efficient & professional! FREE REPLACEMENT BATTERY. My battery was dead. It wasn't starting with jumper cables and he gave me some pointers. He looked up my account as I purchased my last battery there Jan 2024. It had a 3 yr warranty. He quickly informed me that since it was still within the 3 yr period the battery would be replaced 100% no charge!!! I thought it would be prorated like other products often are. When I got to AutoZone, he was very quick in replacing the battery, including spraying terminals with protectant. So happy I had bought a good battery from AutoZone 2yrs 7 months ago. At that time, after calling around, AutoZone was within $20 of the best price and they matched it for me. Very glad this time I didn't need to spend time calling around pricing a new battery (and the differences were significant back then- almost $100).”
