“Do not take your car anywhere else!!! I took my Accord to Precision for a very straightforward repair. The team had to remove the drivers side rear fender which had previously been repaired. Heidi, the owner called me to let me know that the work on that side was not done correctly. I panicked and thought I would have to call a lawyer but Heidi called and encouraged the other shop to pay to fix their mistake. It took a little longer to finish but I am so grateful to Heidi and her team. Heidi didn't have to go the extra mile, for me, but she did and I am forever grateful!!!!!!!”

You have no idea the level of skill that this shop has, and their capabilities run the entire gamut of bringing your car back to life, or simply improving it.I came to Mike to ask for his services in installing a body kit. I bought an aftermarket one that mimics OE parts. The install was NOT easy, and I would NOT be capable of doing it with the tools and knowledge I have. Things you never think about, such as changing colors of painted parking sensors, their associated gaskets and hardware, calibrating parking sensors, having the right gasket to place between the plastics, all this is handled by Michael and his team.If you want your car to be better than it was, you can be assured it will be done RIGHT by Michael and his team. They will find flaws you miss, and they will fix things in ways that even the factory missed or did incorrectly.This review may sound like the biggest sipping out there, but know that I too have a knack for finding flaws, and with Mike's work I am so happy, and now just am the most careful driver with a very unique and amazing vehicle to drive.Mike replaced the grille, added the lower lip spoiler, added the rear black valence, made all the original parts match, and replaced the inferior hardware and gaskets with parts that matched the quality of this vehicle.”

“If you need an honest mechanic that stands by his work, you have to go to Rudis. They saved me over 2,000 over the dealership when my radiator needed to be replaced. After we picked it up we noticed the radiator cap had come off. The owner immediately sent a tech to our house and fixed the problem, along with a few other things the dealership had done during their diagnostic. THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. “Over the course of my lifetime I started to dread going into dealerships, mainly because the salesmen were hungry for a sale and they saw me as a business deal and nothing more. It wasn’t like that for me at Lexus of Winter Park. I met Teddy Chan and his introduction was warm and sincere. He asked my daughter if she wanted anything to drink or that she could help herself to the coffee area which she did. He stepped away for one minute and came back with snacks and a juice for my grandson, and started to converse with my grandson. Immediately, I knew I was giving Teddy my business. We talked about the SUV I was interested in and he got me in it for a test drive. Teddy was extremely knowledgeable as he spoke to me about the features of the SUV, I had no questions for him. All I said is “I want it” he then introduced me to Lola the sales manager and she is a gem. I said to myself “This awesome treatment is too good to be true”. Lola worked hard for me, and before I knew it I was purchasing my dream SUV. Finally I was introduced to Jacob in finance, that was the last step of the process. From the moment Jacob shook my hand, and spoke to me, I felt comfortable walking to his office to finalize the sale. Jacob and I talked and laughed the entire time, I almost forgot what I was there for. I walked out of that dealership feeling like I was a part of their family - that’s how well they treated me.
