“Incredible facility with people who genuinely care about your horse! From the moment we arrived (a three hour drive with sick horse in tow), we were greeted by Dr. Pastis and his professional team of helpers! I finally took a breath, confident that my little horse was getting the very best care possible. They ran every possible test, and Dr. Pastis explained what looked good and why other issues might be of concern. Our horse had a serious case of colic with descended colon. Our local vet had recommended EMCO and I will forever be grateful! We were fortunate, and after a night of careful observation, we got the “surgery not necessary.” Dr. Adam’s and Dr. Spagnol were always patient, kind and explained everything perfectly to the “anxious family.” I would never hesitate recommending this top notch facility. After an extra night of observation, we got to take our boy home and I have no doubt it was due to their expertise!”
