Everything from the first phone call was exceptional, everyone I spoke with was kind and helpful, getting a quote for my 2010 Toyota Prius replacement HV battery was painless, their prices are the best in the area, and they squeezed me in for an appointment in two business days.

The actual appointment started 15 minutes before 9AM and I was leaving with my Prius 9:28AM. These guys/gal are incredibly fast.

I did a battery life expectancy test via Dr. Prius after the battery was installed (and driven for roughly 30 miles) and it came back with 85% battery life (roughly, not as precise as a proper cell load test, but the best you can get on your own OBD reader). This was for their cheapest option of a reconditioned/refurbished replacement battery.

I am incredibly happy with the work performed and the speed of the appointment, as well as the new lease on life my 210K mile Prius has!”

“So my oil light came on and I pulled into this store and went inside where I met Travis R. and he said hello can I help you? I told Travis that I was just looking for some motor oil. Travis asked me what type of oil I need and I said I wasn't sure 5 something. Travis asked me the make and model of my SUV and looked up exactly what type of oil I needed. That is great customer service but it gets better. I found the exact oil I needed and asked Travis is he had a disposable funnel I could use. Travis loaned me a plastic one from the store and then he tore off some paper towels so I could wipe my hands and clean up any mess. Who does that? Just Travis. From the moment I walked in and from the time I left was all 5 star service from Travis. If Google would let me leave Travis 10 stars I would. O'Reilly is my new place to go for anything I need for my SUV. I hope this store never loses Travis because he is a keeper!!!.
