“Brought my new Mazda CX90 3.3 Turbo S Premium Plus in for standard service at Mazda of Clearwater. First off it was a flawless experience from moment 1. Was greeted in the service bay by an employee and he got me going in the right direction. Had the pleasure of working with Andrew W as my service advisor. Andrew was very professional and had excellent customer service. There were also a few recalls that needed to be done and he was great at explaining the process and what the recalls were for.Andrew had me in and out of the dealership and in a loaner in a very timely manner. He also communicated regularly with me and didn’t leave me hanging at all while the vehicle was being taken care of.Went and picked it up today and same experience. Excellent customer service by Andrew as well as everyone I came in contact with. You can tell this dealership is definitely a class act. “Best experience with a body shop that I’ve ever had.Dropped our car off on Monday and by that same Thursday it was ready to come home. We got a new bumper, reverse light housing, exhaust, and paint done. Throughout, the receptionist gave us a call to update us on the process on the car, we really appreciated the level of thoughtfulness and communication. When the vehicle was returned, they had vacuumed and wiped the interior.Will recommend and return if I need their services in the future. Was told that it is a $100 fee per day if the vehicle is not picked up same day the work is completed, so that is to keep in mind.”

The woman named Siobian made the process very easy for me to buy the bike over the phone and had it delivered within a few days. I was thinking it just needed a charge. Fred offered for me to leave it over night and he would call me the next day when it was ready. “My wife scraped the rim of her car on a curb which caused an approximately a 3 inch x 1/2 inch scratch to the paint. I searched for rim repair shops in the area and Gulfside Reconditioning showed up with good reviews but a limited number of them. I didn't let the lack of reviews steer me away. These folks did a great job on the rim and you can't tell that there was a scratch. Price was reasonable and workmanship was great. Would highly recommend. Hopefully don't have to repair anymore rims, but if you have the misfortune of scraping your rim and need it repaired, I wouldn't hesitate to take it here.”

“I lost and regained my faith in Humanity all with in 24 hours!Yesterday my car got hit in a parking lot, in a hit and run. They damaged the front fender so the door could only open about 6”.When I called Walmart to see if they had any video they informed me I needed to call the police, and they could release that information to the police. So that is what I did. The officer that arrived was so kind and amazingly thorough.Cameras caught the incident, and the guy in the act, and then going into the store and making a purchase in cash. But the cameras did not catch his license plate so no positive identification could be done.I called my mechanic at Moonlight automotive and they recommended an auto body shop they work with called Largo Body Shop. I called them and they didn’t have any openings until the new year. Brittany the owner said to send a picture and she would see what she could do. I emailed them a picture of the damage and they said they could fit me in and to stop by in the morning.The next morning I drove up fully accepting my fate that I was going to pay for what this guy had done to my car. Brittany met me outside waiting patiently for me to crawl out to my passenger side door. She had one of her guys come out and hammer out the damage. And when I asked her how much I owed and her response floored me. She said nothing. Just to refer future business her way. I will for sure, always and forever go here. Genuinely kind humans are such a rare find these days.A big thank you to Pinellas County Police, Moonlight Automotive and Largo Body shop. You all have proven to me that there are good people still out there.”
