Everything from the first phone call was exceptional, everyone I spoke with was kind and helpful, getting a quote for my 2010 Toyota Prius replacement HV battery was painless, their prices are the best in the area, and they squeezed me in for an appointment in two business days.
The actual appointment started 15 minutes before 9AM and I was leaving with my Prius 9:28AM. These guys/gal are incredibly fast.
I did a battery life expectancy test via Dr. Prius after the battery was installed (and driven for roughly 30 miles) and it came back with 85% battery life (roughly, not as precise as a proper cell load test, but the best you can get on your own OBD reader). This was for their cheapest option of a reconditioned/refurbished replacement battery.
I am incredibly happy with the work performed and the speed of the appointment, as well as the new lease on life my 210K mile Prius has!”

The woman named Siobian made the process very easy for me to buy the bike over the phone and had it delivered within a few days. “This is a real jewel of a shop tucked away on Sherwood street. I needed repair on a carbon fiber spoiler. After years of daily driving, the resin and surface coating started to flake and peel off. Gus is the gentleman running this shop. He is professional and his results speak for themselves. The turnaround on this repair was 3 days and the price charged was very reasonable. “I was having a charging issue in my restomod that I've been fighting for weeks. I knew I needed more amps, but the accessory brackets would not allow for a bigger alternator. EBS was able to rebuild my alternator and bump up the amps to 220. When I hooked it up, the alternator was only putting out 11.9-12 volts. Scott was able to walk me through my wiring errors over the phone. Don't waste your time with any other alternator shop. EBS is the best!”

“I asked a contractor who delivers only perfection for a body shop recommendation. He said he brings his fleet trucks here. That’s what I got: perfection. They made my white 1999 F-150 look factory new. I brought a new tailgate in the box to replace my rusted out one and they transferred all the parts and painted it like new. They disassembled all parts needed to get in every nook and cranny and pulled out all the dents. They even replaced a window motor that had barely worked for the last 15 years. When I asked about interior trim, they sent the truck out to their equally perfectionist interior guy to reupholster my seats and replace my headliner. Customer service was top notch and the paint and body work even better.”
