“Best experience with a body shop that I’ve ever had.Dropped our car off on Monday and by that same Thursday it was ready to come home. We got a new bumper, reverse light housing, exhaust, and paint done. Throughout, the receptionist gave us a call to update us on the process on the car, we really appreciated the level of thoughtfulness and communication. When the vehicle was returned, they had vacuumed and wiped the interior.Will recommend and return if I need their services in the future. Was told that it is a $100 fee per day if the vehicle is not picked up same day the work is completed, so that is to keep in mind.”

“I lost and regained my faith in Humanity all with in 24 hours!Yesterday my car got hit in a parking lot, in a hit and run. They damaged the front fender so the door could only open about 6”.When I called Walmart to see if they had any video they informed me I needed to call the police, and they could release that information to the police. So that is what I did. The officer that arrived was so kind and amazingly thorough.Cameras caught the incident, and the guy in the act, and then going into the store and making a purchase in cash. But the cameras did not catch his license plate so no positive identification could be done.I called my mechanic at Moonlight automotive and they recommended an auto body shop they work with called Largo Body Shop. I called them and they didn’t have any openings until the new year. Brittany the owner said to send a picture and she would see what she could do. I emailed them a picture of the damage and they said they could fit me in and to stop by in the morning.The next morning I drove up fully accepting my fate that I was going to pay for what this guy had done to my car. Brittany met me outside waiting patiently for me to crawl out to my passenger side door. She had one of her guys come out and hammer out the damage. And when I asked her how much I owed and her response floored me. She said nothing. Just to refer future business her way. I will for sure, always and forever go here. “For the series of unfortunate events that landed my car needing service from crash champions in the first place I must say this has been the most pleasant experience. My car was sandwiched at a red light and insurance scheduled service with crash champions. I received a text message and call confirming my appointment. When I got to crash champions, all of my paperwork was all set. I gave some details about the accident but I don’t think I even needed to. They had everything I just needed to handover my key to Jason who’s so nice. I was also getting a rental from enterprise and the rep was shortly there after to pick me up. All of the rental paperwork was handled as well. A couple days after dropping my car off I got text messages about the status of the service being done to my to the car. Jason also called me and told me everything being done verbally. my car was complete in four days. Jason called and said I can come pick it up. The guy at the front desk is always so nice. I forgot his name but he kind of looks like shaggy from Scooby Doo. He had everything set for my pick up. Jason went over every single detail done to the car and also provided me with the packet listing everything done as well. My car looks better than when I bought it. We traded keys. He took the rental, and I drove off in my car.Best experience. Thank you so so much.”
