During our recent visit to Chase Bank to open a joint account, my husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome by the staff, who were eager to assist us.
The atmosphere of the bank was professional yet inviting, making us feel comfortable right away. We were promptly directed to a representative who took the time to understand our needs and explained the different options available for joint accounts. Their knowledge and patience were commendable, as they answered all our questions thoroughly and made sure we understood the terms and conditions.
The process itself was smooth and efficient. We appreciated that the representative guided us through each step, ensuring we had all the necessary documentation ready. The paperwork was straightforward, and we were able to complete everything in a timely manner.
What stood out the most was the personalized service we received. Ms PAOLA was amazing she took her time to get to know us as a couple, which made the experience feel more meaningful. They also provided us with helpful tips on managing our joint account and maximizing the benefits associated with it.
Overall, our visit to Chase Bank was a positive experience. We left feeling confident in our decision to open a joint account and grateful for the excellent customer service we received. We would highly recommend this branch to anyone considering similar banking needs.

I have had many Banks! and Chase is my favorite. Everyone is always available to help. My favorite thing is their credit card options. I love using my points for gift cards. They offer many perks for different levels. i’ve never had a problem, pulling out money or cashing in checks. Would say this is my forever bank!

The front ATM does not work. The drive-through ATM doesn’t take deposits. What kind of bank is this that does not take deposits and none of their ATMs work. Very disappointed.

Anyone who banks at Chase is an idiot. Every time I try to cash a check they don’t let me, anytime I deposit a check they hold it for 11 days! Whether it’s a $400 check or a $1300 check and now I’m about to be homeless because I can’t pay my rent because they want to hold my paycheck that I earned! I’ve had nothing but problems with them, they never answer the phone EVER, their policies are a joke. Do NOT BANK here EVER

I have been a Chase customer for over 15 years and am currently a third-year medical student. Recently, I visited this branch with my driver's license to withdraw funds and exchange USD for euros for an international medical outreach assignment in Portugal. Unfortunately, the manager denied my withdrawal, citing a discrepancy in my signature on the withdrawal slip and stating that they could not authenticate my identity with my driver's license alone. This denial of access to my funds, despite presenting valid photo ID, was highly problematic. Although the manager apologized after I returned an hour later with additional identification—requiring me to make an unnecessary trip on my first day off in months—I believe it's necessary to escalate this matter to corporate for further investigation, which I have done, as such practices should not be tolerated.

I met with Armand Sheqi, an exceptional banker today. He helped me get my application approved instantly when I have been waiting WEEKS. He sat down and listened carefully to my concerns and displayed his knowledge and experience by helping me call the banking services line to look into my application. In the end, I got approved. My experiences coming to this branch have been nothing short of outstanding service by all of the staff. I certainly won’t hesitate to come in to see Armand or the rest of staff in the future for my financial needs.

If I could give zero stars I would. Their account rep was rude, no sense of customer service. Points finger at customer telling me what I’m going to do. Refused to give documentation outlining parameters and agreement of my account! For him to say I had no power of attorney on joint account is incorrect. I can close the account, use funds as I see fit and act on joint account holder’s behalf. It is written in account agreement. Totally lazy and rude.

I cannot stress enough how horrible this bank is. Worst customer service and horrible “protocols” which every worker has a different protocol. I had a friend put a money order into my account. They told me that the funds would be available right away… well of course after they got the money they said that they are not going to be available till first thing in the morning. Well this was a Thursday the 7”27th. Ok. So, now here I wait until the next morning, i go online to my bank app and now i see something that says they are holding my funds until AUGUST 5th!!!! So I called up customer service and after being transferred a million times to a billion different rude people and no one could help me they just give me different answers of when my funds will be available. I feel like i was robbed of my own money. Money that started out cash to begin with. When my funds do become available, IF they become available. I am running faaar away from this bank and You should too!!

We can in today without appointment, brunch wasn’t busy so I figured that we will be helped soon. Asking for a business associate that can answer few questions. I was told to wait and someone will assist me soon. Waiting I had a chance to see how people are working and what they doing. Unfortunately for a business associate at this time I wasn’t important even to say hello but in the meantime she was able to talk to other people in the brunch. Lesson learned. I have several accounts with you for many years.
