I was told last year that chase set aside money in their budget to either replace, renew, restore their ATMs. I have never gone to an ATM that is so slow in inefficient as the ones at Chase Manhattan Bank. I have made complaints at two different branches. Shame on you Chase Manhattan with all your money!!!
