Went for a notary signature for a usps form. I was told I needed a witness and that she wouldn't sign it. I asked what was the difference between a notary and a witness and didn't get a clear explanation. She referred me to ups. They signed it with no problems and a $10 charge.

Atrizi Vargas-Arvizu was the woman who helped me. She gave me her business card in case I needed to follow up. I was so impressed with her professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond to help me with a few questions I had about multi-bank account transfers. She was so thoughtful.
