“Service! Service! Service! I left Capital One because they farmed out their customer service to a third party, and it wasn't good. I was hacked last week and flew to the Clearwater location to open a new business & personal account, as they had shut down my accounts to protect my funds. When they opened the doors at 9 Monday morning until Noon, it seemed like the entire bank was working to get my company & personal accounts back online. A special thanks to Hahn, who was stuck with me the entire time and had to get other branch members to assist her in completing the tasks. Every single person was awesome! This is truly MY BANK, at least that's how they make you feel. I hope they continue to grow but always maintain that personal touch.”
