“I went to the Tampa location at first, but while the staff were friendly and welcoming, the selection wasn't that great. So I went to the Clearwater store and wow, what a difference! Great selection of unique hippy-esque clothes, decor, jewelry, incense, candles, even tarot and oracle decks! Prices are what you would expect in a mall, but as others have mentioned, you can get some great deals in clearance. I had a coupon for 20% off, which included clearance items, so I purchased an oracle deck for half the price of retail (sweet!). Plus, they have sales often so you can get some deals that way.
I'm not sure what the 'original hippie' one-star reviewer is complaining about. The staff was very friendly, and I was welcomed as soon as I walked into the store. I will definitely stop in again the next time I'm on this side of the bay.”

“Jena at Tie Guys was extremely helpful. My original order never came and, as far as I know, is still floating around the country somewhere and, according to the USPS, it is still "moving thru the network". It was a birthday gift for my son and since my original order did not arrive, this gift became very time sensitive. Jena took care of everything. She got a replacement order out immediately and it arrived in a matter of a few days. She was polite, kind, and knowledgeable about what to do next. If my original order ever appears, all I have to do is write "refused" on the package and give it back to the post office. Jena was truly a pleasure to work with and Tie Guys is lucky to have her. In this day of computer automation where you can't speak to a living soul, Jena and the Tie Guys were like a breath of fresh air. Jan”

They credited my account and I reordered next size (again on line) they fit great and the credit showed up in my account right away. Don't you just love getting shoes on sale? “My favorite shop when in CWB. Lots of great t shirts, as well as flip flops and cool stuff. The staff could definitely be friendlier. The lady working on Saturday am was complaining about some dude showing up to work before his shift and called him a moron. Much less than professional. She should have been more focused on being helpful and less on her coworker. She certainly wasn’t friendly. I felt so bad for the young guy having to work with such a harsh lady. “Great experience here today. I found many bargains, lower than department stores. The clearance racks offer even better prices on men's, women's, children's clothes and shoes. Also, I found toys, games, housewares, candles, gifts, makeup, linens, and purses.
I did not need assistance so I did not ask for help. Everyone seemed to be busy managing the fitting rooms or other store business.
I was happy to find several gifts for a toy drive --I sure got more for my money.
When I arrived at the check out, 15 shoppers were in line with one clerk working the check out. Within a few minutes, 4 checkout lanes were up and running. This is also an amazon pick up locale.

“You can see my review for the other ross I visited. Essentially this is just a less put together Marshalls. They have plenty of discount clothing and home goods plus toys. That is why I was going there...because I heard they sometimes get some star wars items. Unfortunately this trip was unsuccessful. Perhaps in the future the ross' around here will carry more star wars stuff.”
“I was excited to find cargo shorts for my up coming trip here! Burlington has automatic opening double doors, 2 kinds of carts one small and one larger an heavier. The dressing room offers a larger accessible room with books at accessible height. All Signage is in Spanish and English with large readable department stores lots of clearance items today and I found my shorts and a great shirt. The let section is very good with lots of clearance items and treats.

“I’d rather get a root canal with no drugs then go Homecoming dress shopping with a teenager but my experience at the Clearwater Windsor turned my entire day around. The ladies at Windsor deserve some extra appreciation for their efforts. Not only is dress shopping miserable, but they’re dealing with dozens of moms and teenage girls who have never been so indecisive in their lives. Their patience never wavered. Positive attitudes constantly. Sophie/Sophia (sorry I forgot already) is an Angel. She picked my daughter’s hoco dress and was so helpful the entire tram. The only thing missing from the entire experience was some champagne for the moms with tired credit cards. Thanks Windsor! Will return! ?”
