“Jeff was awesome. I brought in a very expensive pc that was having issues and he was able to confirm that my motherboard and power supply had shorted. Bought new ones and he installed both for a reasonable price. He also updated all drivers/bios and spent about 30+ minutes in the shop helping me with windows activation that was giving us a hard time. Was friendly and knowledgeable throughout. He was able to create a positive experience during a stressful situation. I would definitely recommend this store for any computer needs.”

“This store was there for me in a crisis. I was mid delivery and my phone shut off. I came in in a panic and explained. The managers let me borrow his charger while I purchased a new one for the car. I grabbed the wrong one, but they took it back and were completely amazing. They helped me navigate a crisis with ease and calm. They never once showed inconvenience; they jumped into action like a team. This store deserves 10 stars not 5 because you rarely see this care anymore. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the assist. I will be coming back for more purchases from a well managed customer oriented store.”
