“Jeff was awesome. I brought in a very expensive pc that was having issues and he was able to confirm that my motherboard and power supply had shorted. Bought new ones and he installed both for a reasonable price. He also updated all drivers/bios and spent about 30+ minutes in the shop helping me with windows activation that was giving us a hard time. Was friendly and knowledgeable throughout. He was able to create a positive experience during a stressful situation. I would definitely recommend this store for any computer needs.”

“This place is awesome towards Vets! I bought an office chair here last week and the manager Nick spent 3 hours making sure I got my 20% veterans coupon to work because the system wasn't working for some reason! After getting the chair home and trying it out for a week I was dismayed to discover it was just way too big for me, its a big and tall Maximos and as much as I loved the chair it just didnt work. So I called the store and they were wonderful! They let me bring it back and Liv helped me pick out the one I really wanted all along and do an even exchange and I didnt have to take the old one apart. I had the box and receipt and accessories of course but being a disabled Vet this was such a blessing! I highly recommend anyone who needs office furniture to shop at this location, especially if you're a Veteran. Nick and Marty the managers will totally get you straightened out and if you have any issues at all they are right there to help you out! Totally worth the hour drive for me to go to this location and i'll definitely be back!”
