“Had called about getting my record player fix.. I called at closing, gentleman was super nice ask some info and asked to get back to me tomorrow. He was on top of that this am with a phone call. He gave me great advice, well taught me how to take care of it with ease and no hassle. I don't know anything about record players but this gentleman definitely educated me and taught me something today. I am now listening to my records again and they sound perfect. Thank you so much sir. I would definitely recommend this business.”

“Excellent work, everything I take to be repaired is done with perfect perfection, I won’t go anywhere else this place is number one to me. Talking about loving your job I took my boss GT pro to be repaired. Got it back about two weeks later and I was still having trouble with it so I took it back. He worked on it again. There was no charge, I still had trouble with it so I was going to give up and he saw me out to dinner With my wife and stopped and asked how the unit was going. I told him it wasn’t working he told me to bring it in, this time he kept it. for about four weeks and called me and told me it was ready. I tried to pay him for all this trouble, but he said no I insisted, and he still said no. Now the unit is working like brand new, so I stopped back by to say, what did you do, he pretty much rebuild 80% of the unit just so I would have it working, I am so happy with it thank you so much, High Energy.”
“I am very impressed with the service I got at the drew street cricket. Both young ladies that were in the store today were very knowledgeable, I was in and out of there within one hour, I had to get a new phone and they transferred everything over to my new phone from my old phone very, very impressed. I actually went to the store up in Palm Harbor since it was closer to my house and waited outside for almost 45 minutes for them to open up. Apparently whoever was supposed to work today, never showed up for work, so I drove down to the drew street one and I am very happy that I did.”

“I had a great experience at this Target. First of all, it is enormous. Never seen a Target this big. The layout is creative and easy to navigate. There is a large selection of home decor.
I want to recognize Lauren, an employee in the beauty/makeup section. She went above and beyond to find two products in the back for me, because they were not stocked on the shelf but the app showed I could get them with same day pickup. She seemed happy to help me, even though I’m sure she had plenty to do in that section especially.

“I have been with Metro PCS since 2008, I got a new phone and we tried to switch it over to Metro without going into the store but we set it up without the Sim card and there was no way to get back in the old phone or the new phone so i was locked out of both. i went to Dunedin Metro store first Joe said it's a no go, failed to help me, went to the store on Missouri rd. and he was worried about the friends he had pulling up outside so he said he couldn't help me. I I finally got to the 1750 Drew St. location and i was exhausted and ready to leave Metro after almost 20 years; fortunately there was the manager at this Drew st. location Mr. Hernan and he was able to save my phones and keep me with Metro! Hernan was super cool and has been with Metro for many years, he and was able to utilize his connections with the company to contact someone on a Saturday and i do believe higher powers were at work as well, on the behalf of Mr. Hernan and myself and we were able to get the phone back. The entire staff at this location are all super nice as well; Carlos was there the day Hernan was able to help me, but honestly everyone i met at this location was very nice and kind. This is an amazing store and i will never forget the kindness of Hernan and his staff they set the bar for elite customer service and helping others, they are truly a blessing from above. highly recommend this store after all the other stores told me i was done, Hernan and his cohorts breathed life back into me and my phone!

“This is THE best 7-11 I’ve ever been at in the TampaBay area by far. Clean, stocked, professional and friendly employees. Deliveries from THIS store are always right and on time. Truly, I think all 7-11’s ought to model themselves off this store. American 🇺🇸 Family owned they know their customers, have a couple of bilingual Spanish speaking staff member who I’ve seen help many times in my quick visits, the hard working landscapers and contractors who come in needing fresh food, cold drinks and a little help with English. Five stars plus! Oh and their slurpeemachines actually work! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐+++”
“Made appointment online to visit Clearwater East store on Gulf to Bay to switch to Verizon and get a new phone. Showed up and checked in at in-store kiosk. Salvador was my Retail Specialist. Knew I wanted Galaxy S26 Ultra. Salvador made me aware of available options including tablets, watches and other affiliated promos. Left the store with all data transferred to my new phone in under 1 hour. Highly recommend Salvador and this Verizon store!”

I interacted with an associate named Maria on the phone who was helping my sister in the store. She had a great personality and was very gracious in assisting us. Thank you so much Maria.
