“On this location: This is the branch I regularly come too and HATE when I have to go to any other branch bc of the excellent customer service I receive here. They set the bar high, every other branch I go to is just not the same welcoming and helpful staff. I’ve been to three or four other branch locations through the Tampa Bay Area and this one by far is the best! I will literally drive out of my way to come here because of the difference. The drive thru is a plus as well. Thank you guys for being so awesome, helpful, and welcoming!On the bank itself as a company: I’ve been banking with this bank close to ten years, I was referred through other members and opened my first ever account and it’s been nothing but five star since! So much so when I opened my own business and needed a business account I came straight here. It’s affordable and honestly so much better than the big brand banks that just want to nickel and dime your own money like the other banks I’ve been too. I referred my fiancé when he needed a new bank and he finds them to be a great bank as well.”

“You have to maintain $5,000 in your checking account and their locations are sparse I think the the tellers inside have a specific pitch for new customers I don't like that being that I have sold everything from books to homes. The prose is it's easy to get a checking account and don't have to worry about your credit and their lacks on that which is a good thing for those of us that have low credit scores”

“Between 2008 and 2014 while living in the Clearwater area, I opened an account here. I thought I had closed my account when I moved but in 2018 I received a letter from Achieva that stated I still had an account and ask if I wanted to keep it or close it. I was very surprised and since my mom still lives here I asked her to go and speak to someone at a branch on my behalf. Well suffice it to say, I kept my account. I’ve been able to do all my banking through the app while living in Texas, New York and Virginia! I’m currently in Clearwater now helping my mom and we’ve gone to this branch on many occasions and have received excellent service. Very friendly and courteous staff!”
