My broker, Kevin Welsh, did an excellent job. Although my sailboat was an older lower priced boat, Kevin devoted his time & efforts to get it sold quickly. My need to sell arrived suddenly and Kevin helped me prepare the boat for showing. Kevin was a great communicator and kept me updated through the process.
