“Has everything you need, with quality items, but severely overpriced in my opinion. I guess you’re paying for convenience and don’t get me wrong they have only pure/quality items in stock but I’m only giving them a 4-star review because I can order the same item online and have it delivered to my doorstep for 20-25% less or I can go to another store a little further away and save 30+%. And all of that said, I still shop here when I need to and will continue to go there.”

That's perfect for you because you are a star and he guided me on where I need to get everything in the store. He looked very handsome, very clean smelled great, very professional. “I love them. I did the full body cleanse twice with excellent results. During the cleanse, the staff was very supportive and always willing to answer any questions that I had and offer suggestions if I was struggling. Recently, I called them because I am dealing with some post-COVID-related issues, and they were very supportive in answering my questions on the products that I was considering ordering. They are trustworthy, and you do not feel like they are just trying to sell you on a product. They can give you real experience with the products since they use or have used most of them. I don't think they sell any products that they wouldn't use themselves. It is a small staff, and every time I've spoken with someone, they have been friendly. I enjoy supporting this small, woman-owned business. Highly recommend!”

“I typically enjoy shopping here and our family loves the hot and salad bar. We also like the juice/ smoothie bar but the last 3-4 times we have been in, the juice bar is closed, or the staff is on a break. This has become quite inconvenient and unreliable. When we specifically come at lunch time to get a smoothie and staff is on break. Suggest management overlap staff to improve the customer experience.”

“Everything I've tried has been fresh and really helps me stay on track with my calorie intake. They have multiple sizes depending on your macro goals. Comes in clutch when I run out of my own mealprepped food and am feeling lazy. Highly recommend the Chicken Protein Potato Skins, Penne Alla Vodka, and Honey Balsamic Pork.”
