I'd give Jim 6 stars if I could. Our RV refrigerator stopped working, I called Jim and left a message, within an hour he called back, an hour after that he was at our RV. He diagnosed, had the part on hand and fixed the problem within minutes. You could not ask for better service. Thank you!

Our rv AC went out and all the rv repair guys where booking two weeks out. Well Jim called us back and came to diagnose the issue that same day! He ordered the part and had it fixed within 5 business days. We are happy we called Jim he seems to know what he is doing and is quick and professional. Highly recommended
