“I can always count on a good deal and plenty of variety whenever I come to Luekens. They have some of the best prices in town. You could really get lost in this place by going up and down every aisle. On some weekends they have taste testing which is nice just in case you want to try something new.”

I went into this store because it was enroute to home after work, wanting to get a pint of whatever to start celebrating the weekend.
They did not have what I was looking for.
...and rightfully so... here's what WAS obvious to a wine ignorant such as myself:
This place was entirely dedicated to the wine aficionado! Wine is all they do...and know everything there is to know about it! Pairing, price range, personal preference...EVERYTHING!!!

“We came to look for a specific bottle, and Paul approached us making sure we where taken care of, he helped looked for the bottle and even called another store to see if they had it and got us on our way... thanks Paul!”
“Great place to pick up fair to good deals on liquor. Really hard to find stuff like Standard Vodka and Beluga. Stocks local stuff. Owners are very nice and happy to make recommendations. I recommend walking around the options first and seeing what’s on sale if you’re open to trying new things. Lots of good rum options and close to a Publix if you need snacks.”
“Their hours are great. Normally priced. I stopped here for ice everyday on my trip. They are very nice and the place is clean. Offer a variety of everything. There’s a second one of these near Gulfview before the bridge that takes you to Sand Key.”

“Great locally owned wine shop with a huge selection and all the employees are helpful with picking out what is best for your pallet. As someone who knows little about wine, this is my go to spot to be helped and educated. And I see the seasoned wine veterans in here shopping too so I know I'm in the right place! They have fair prices, often discounted bottles, and cool events and promotions. Come check it out!”
“Employee was extremely nice. Saw me looking at drinks, and came over to ask if I needed help finding anything. Even recommended a drink that turned out to be great! Then helped me pick out a good vape back at the counter. Way above and beyond customer service. Very friendly guy.”

“Although the location, hidden away in the back of the shopping complex, rather than closer to the main store was perplexing and mildly inconvenient and substantially smaller than others I have shopped, the gentleman who was running it was friendly, personable and helpful. I had no difficulty finding what I wanted and getting back on my way.”
“Went to Tonic liquors and bought a bottle of Winemakers Pinot Grigio. Mr. Thief charged me over 20$
S&R charged me 13.90 $for the same bottle. Thank God for KEVIN who was courteous and fair to me. I would recommend this store for all your beverage purchases.”

Lady at the Dollar tree said the whole store was loaded in the middle of the night in a truck then they cleared out. I really liked this place a lot, old school with a lot of character.”
“Luckily, I had a good experience with them. We ordered a box of red wines on a mail-out promotion we received two months ago. All the wine we tried so far taste good. We had to cancel the subscription for personal reasons, but upon doing personal budgeting, I haven't found them charging us anything extra (on the contrary to other people's comments).

“Very welcoming , dedicated and professional people. The lounge is open and comfortable, free WiFi. I liked that I could watch tv or people watch with all the windows. Easy location, lots of parking. I’ve found it’s never a bad time for a cigar. Very good prices and deals even more so for veterans with a great selection. I bought a few locals and a tasty My Fathers. Pics are of the lounge, the humidor is large!. This will be my go to spot for bulk buys, or a daily stick. Highly recommended and endorsed with enthusiasm. SF Steve”
