“We made an appointment for 11 AM but got out of a nearby doctor appointment just before 10 so walked over then. We were able to get in about 10 minutes later rather than wait until our appointment time. The only negative was that the receptionist was rather brief in her response making it unclear whether we would need to wait until 11.”

Will definitely be returning to this lab for all necessary lab tests. No waiting, made appointment, easy access location.
Extremely impressed with Lab ~ unlike the others that are small, several labs are not clean and always a wait even with appointment.

“I had new tests requested asap by my doctor and I made an appointment here. Nevaeh couldn’t quite read the doctor’s scribbled instructions so she took the time to make it right. She called my doctor, confirmed everything, confirmed with her manager, and helped me with the samples.

“My mom was called at her exact appointment time which was great. This was the third different place we were attempting to get her blood drawn (she is very dehydrated and frail). First tech could not find it so she had the other tech take a look and they were able to get her blood when no one else could. We will be back to this location.”

“You have made it so easy to go online and create an appointment. Parking is fast and less than a 5 min walk to the counter on the second floor. My wait once i was asked to take a seat was less than 3 min. Friendly service both at the desk and you lady that took my sample.
The lady that took my sample knew what she was doing, not only fast and pleasant, i could hardly feel the needle going in. I love that.”
