What's pleasure to see personnel dressed appropriately in scrubs and lab coats. Medical facilities are becoming way to lack in that respect. “I recently spent (12) days in ICU and (7) days in the Rehabilitation section at the Palms of Pasadena Hospital. I experienced nothing but professional and personal care. From the staff to housekeeping everyone was friendly, and helpful. They made me feel, as if I was their only patient. The entire staff needs to be recognized, but several deserve special thanks and recognition. The last few times I had Pearl and she is amazing. One of the only people to ever get me on the first stick and she’s super nice.”

“This Quest has the largest and nicest waiting room I’ve ever seen at a quest. I made an appointment a few days in advance and was in and out within 20 minutes. I’ve never had such an efficient experience at a Quest, and I have labs drawn at least every three months, sometimes more. The only downside was when I walked outside to return to my car there were 10-15 men gathered outside smoking cigarettes, so that was a little weird. Otherwise this Quest is great and will be my new preferred location from now on.”

“I wish I had taken pictures because i was so happy with this place. Its a little hard to find. The people who work there are absolutely angels. So friendly and so helpful. They really helped me with my new insurance and getting my doctors orders straight. It was amazing because I was a confused mess! The manager was so great and front desk girl Tamira (?) Just a doll. Then the flabotomist Mark was INCREDIBLE. Didn't even feel him stick me!! I will definitely make this tge place I go for all further bloodtests.”
