“We came in late for my son's appointment and honestly expected a long wait — but they fit us in within 10 minutes. Check-in was smooth and easy.
My little one was really scared, but the two phlebotomists who helped us were incredibly patient. They took their time talking him through it, kept things light with their sense of humor, and had all three of us laughing before we knew it. Fast and gentle doesn't even begin to cover it.
This was a whole different level of experience. You don't expect a lab visit to be a highlight of your day, but this one was. Thank you to the whole team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“You have made it so easy to go online and create an appointment. Parking is fast and less than a 5 min walk to the counter on the second floor. My wait once i was asked to take a seat was less than 3 min. Friendly service both at the desk and you lady that took my sample.
The lady that took my sample knew what she was doing, not only fast and pleasant, i could hardly feel the needle going in. I love that.”
“Generally efficient, staff was pleasant, but not given to small talk. The technician who did my Vienna puncture was unable to smile or make me feel that I was important to her success. I was made more to feel like I was in the way of her going home. Convenient location. I will come back. They get the job done. Just don’t expect human warmth.”
“Lab tech was very, very good. A little confusion about getting my blood work done from upstairs to downstairs. Because I'm on chemotherapy, but not infusions. As soon as they get their system figured out, I think it'll be a good system.”
“We made an appointment for 11 AM but got out of a nearby doctor appointment just before 10 so walked over then. We were able to get in about 10 minutes later rather than wait until our appointment time. The only negative was that the receptionist was rather brief in her response making it unclear whether we would need to wait until 11.”

“Excellent help and service. I’m surprised that not many people know about the resources this place offers. They all were very friendly and willing to provide any information I needed. They are there to help us, and prove of that is that the STDs tests and the assistance offered during the process are given for free. I visited them a Thursday and received my results 2 days after. Honestly this place should be one of your first options if you need assistance/help, specially if you don’t have insurance.”

Most of the people are nice and there is a lot of discipline with cleaning, sanitation of each area and the correct packing and organization achieving quality. You feel useful and with a convenient work schedule for all those with two jobs, schools or something pertinent to solve.!”

Be kind and patient the lady before me was having a fit and stormed off. If she waited 5 more minute's the lab would have resolved their online issue.
It is clean, and easy to use.”
