“Mike arrived a few minutes late but that was to be expected with all the construction in the area. He was very polite and gentle with our special passenger making him as comfortable as possible for the drive to the VA hospital.
We arrived 30 minutes before our appointment and was disappointed that he was not available to take us back home.

“Sydney Dempsey is the absolute face and voice of your company from here on out. I was on the phone trying to reach someone, because my local office was unable to assist. I was on the phone for over 1:46 minutes, being transferred and disconnected every time, with nobody seeming to care. At one point I even spoke to WE CARE customer service rep (did not get her name but wish I had) to whom I explained my situation to and she transferred me back to my local office without telling me what she was doing-SHE SHOULD BE FIRED. Then I called back and received this angel named Sydney Dempsey. She took time and was willing to help me, never disconnected me or transferred me, checked in on me while on hold as she was taking care of my issue with another department. Nonetheless, my situation got handled all thanks to Sydney Dempsey. Whoever her manager is needs to promote her and give her all the money she asks for because the only one who cared after I was on the phone with multiple employees of Lincare for almost 2 hours and nobody gave two craps about helping me. THANK YOU SYDNEY DEMPSEY for being the only person at Lincare who knows what to do and how to treat a customer. I've been in the customer service arena for over 40 years and I dream every day that a person of Sydney's caliber would come work for my company because a person like her is INVALUABLE and she is exactly who you want representing a multibillion dollar corporation.”
