About National Car Rental
National Car Rental provides a convenient experience with the Emerald Club and National app. The staff is kind, helpful, and professional. National offers nice cars, with consistent availability. The check-in and check-out process is smooth, and the return process is easy and efficient. However, some locations have small inventory, and added fees may apply. National resolves issues promptly, as seen with a billing dispute that was immediately refunded. Overall, National Car Rental provides a great experience for business travel and car rental needs.
