“Richard was easy to work with. He clearly explained the billing, move-in, storage and move out process. On move-in day he went above and beyond when he took the initiative to hold the doors open for my small group to move-in quickly and smoothly without having to input the door code each time we walked from the moving truck to the building. All the while, he monitored the security cameras to ensure security and safety. The space is clean and secure, with plenty of carts available to move items. Just a great experience overall. Also, when I set up for The storage space over the phone the person made it very easy to sign up and make a payment and they emailed me right away with all my documents so I mean the whole process only took me like 15 minutes. “The owner is a very nice person. He did a hurricane special, giving new renters 2 months free to help people out after hurricane Milton. I thought maybe it was some kind of a government subsidy but the friendly woman that worked there said that he had just done it out of the goodness of his heart.
There's nothing fancy about the place but they are cheaper than everyone else in the area and have all sizes; even as small as 3x3x3 so it's great if you just have a few things to store.”

“I am very grateful to Blocker for solving a problem for me. It had to do with the replacement of a heavy appliance on the second floor of my home. Two installers certified by the manufacturer of the appliance refused the installation, and the retailers I approached had no suggestions. For Blocker the installation seemed routine. The care they took protecting all surfaces of my home was truly impressive. They adapted their schedule to the delivery of the appliance, and provided full insurance coverage for the appliance during their move at a nominal charge.
