About Suburban Propane
Suburban Propane has been providing reliable propane installation and delivery for over 95 years, serving residential and commercial customers in the Pinellas, Pasco, and Hernando County areas. Customers appreciate the company's quick response, especially during emergencies such as propane leaks, with technicians like Chris addressing issues promptly and effectively. The staff is often described as courteous, professional, and customer-focused, with delivery drivers efficient and respectful. Many customers value the company's willingness to work with them during financial difficulties and appreciate the personalized service. Routine tank filling is well-managed, with the company knowing when to top up and respecting customers' schedules. However, there have been some concerns about communication breakdowns and delays in repairs, particularly regarding parts replacement like regulators. In some cases, customers expressed frustration over delays, especially before major storms, which raises concerns about preparedness for power outages. Overall, Suburban Propane is seen as a reliable company that cares about safety and customer service, despite occasional issues with communication and timely repairs.

I called your office to inquire about why my bill was so high and I believe her name was Cheryl, she is amazing and was so helpful, as a business owner myself she’s definitely a keeper! Thanks Cheryl 😊

Customer service was a good experience. For some reason they had not chased our payment. On explaining we had paid just never cashed, waived the late fees. Also only waited a few minutes for line to be answered vs other corporate customer service experiences. Vilna was professional and helpful
