2/28/2025 - I went to Honka again yesterday for an oil change (which they REMIND me via text when itβs due!!) and a new battery! They took my car right in and took care of me - even when their lobby was FULL. My car is pretty old and I have the old fashioned crank windows, well the handle on my window crank thing had broken off and I have just been making do well when I picked my car back up yesterday I didnβt even realize it until I got home that they had fixed my window crank! I hadnβt even mentioned it to them when I was there, they just fixed it out of the kindness of their heart!!
Itβs things like that that really mean ALOT to a customer! Adriana and the entire team THANK YOU FOR BEING SO GREAT TO US, your customers ?

βHad a PPI done here on a used Toyota. I was concerned about it being in New York for 10 years. While all was working well they found an unusual amount of fresh undercoating which could have been covering rust from salted roads. I decided not to pay $17k for a car that could have significant rust show up. Randy was very helpful. Go Hoosiers!β

I stopped at Clearwater Tire and Auto without an appointment because one of my tires was almost flat. They checked it right away and found a nail in the tire. The team quickly patched it up, filled the hole, and had me back on the road in no time. Everyone was friendly, the service was fast, and the price was very reasonable. βWe just found this hidden gem shop right under our noses. Great group of mechanics, friendly, knowledgeable and quick reasonable repairs. They diagnosed and repaired in one day! They are on Lincoln behind Publix off Lakeview in Clearwater. We highly recommend! We have found our service shop.β

βI was in need for a set of tires.. Randy the manager was very helpful he discussed my tire needs with me regarding desired brands then informed me of an upcoming sale on B.F. Goodrich tire sale so a couple weeks later I came in and he ordered my tires, set a Saturday appt. for me and when I came in for the installation they were quick thorough and professional. He then informed me of the free tire rotation for the 65 thousand miles warranty and Roadside assistance reimbursement as well.β
βEveryone was very helpful, and they were able to see me right away, tested my battery, and then replaced it quickly, with a name brand battery, and at a cost less than the previous place I had my battery installed last time. I will definitely be back! Thank you, Tires Plus!β

Most 5 star reviews are given when everything goes right, this company earns it for how they also handle situations when things don't always go right.β
