When we went to pick up our truck the gentleman at the counter was great.(forgot his name)
He remembered my husbands name from the day before.
He introduced himself to me.
He explained everything to us and thanked us for using Mavis tires.

“Well im back, I was in need of an oil change and I had low air in one of my tires, turns out there was a screw and needed a patch. Andrew the new manager took care of all of my questions and was very friendly, he even took the time to explain the reasons behind the future repairs he noted in the inspections. The attention to detail the team showed here is very much appreciated, I have a car cymbal hooked into my air vent, and they even straightened that out and im pretty sure tightened the screw on that!!
