Truist is a professional rental and banking business. The property management is professional and the employees are very friendly, polite, positive, and pleasant. They are helpful and on top of the job, making sure apartments stay up to par and never let people down. Customer service is very friendly when contacted. However, phone customer service is not the best, with some representatives having no knowledge of the job. Overall, it is a very professional company with caring staff.
