Answered the phone right away. That’s pretty much all it takes to impress me I guess.
I’m closer to another branch but I sat there and listened to their phone ring for way too long. Then I called this branch and they picked up immediately.

Been with fargo ever since it used to be wachovia, never had problems what so ever!. Maybe you people who do need to look at yourself first, every one has bad days at work- get over it😂😂😂
