“I’ve visited friends in this community several times and every time I’m impressed by how clean and well-kept everything is. You can tell the maintenance team really cares about the property because it’s always looking its best.

I especially want to mention the Hispanic maintenance worker who drives the cart with the beard. I believe his name is Jose. He’s always out working hard, and every time we see him he’s friendly, welcoming, and always has a smile on his face. It’s nice to see someone who takes so much pride in what they do.”

My story is that I was looking for a new place and I remembered that a friend of mine who lives here recommended The Oaks on the Lake to me so decided to call them and I spoke to a lovely person Payton and told her my story and she invited me to come and see an apartment and Eugene gave me the tour!
I absolutely fell in love with the place, the views are breathtaking and Eugene was so outstanding. He listened with a caring ear of my situation and worked hard to get me moved in asap.
I got to meet the entire staff from the office to the maintenance to the ground keeper all are simply amazing people and they really care about their tenants!
The most important thing is that I feel safe living here!
