“Great neighbors. Close to a shopping center and best of all, the weather is mostly decent.
Living at URBANA it’s like you’re living in a luxury resort. This community is made up by a diverse group of people of all races and for the most part we all get along we even help each other. As a matter of fact about a week ago my car could not start and about 12 minutes my neighbor who lives in the other building drove up and offer his help get my car started…he was on his way to work by helping me he was late i offered to write his boss a note Jim only smiled and drove on to work, the staff management are doing an amazing job. They always there to help people with their request.

“We lived at DWELL for a year and absolutely loved it. The whole experience — from move-in to move-out — was smooth and stress-free. The property is always clean and well-maintained, and we never had any major issues. The management team is incredibly friendly and responsive — any small requests we had were resolved the same day.
The apartments are spacious and modern, the pool is clean, the gym is well-equipped, and the garage parking is super convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. We also had a few friends living here and they share the same positive opinion.
We only moved out because of personal circumstances, but we truly miss living at DWELL. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great, hassle-free living experience!”

Have been here almost 2 years and while other common amenities are decent and staff that work here are nice, there have been several issues.
Most notably there been a constant smell of marijuana that flows into our apartment vents. Sometimes in the kitchen and bathroom but almost always into our living room. I’ve emailed the leasing team multiple times, tried to meet with leasing staff in person in attempts for them to do something about it. Aside from Aliyah, no one has even responded to my emails or conveyed any level of response. When finally speaking to the property manager, they had said that it’s coming from another room but there is no way to know which room saying that the vents are all connected somehow without being able to do anything. This has apparently come up for other rooms as well.
Additionally for the price, the apartment itself is fairly old with older looking carpets, bathrooms, appliances. When I moved in, they didn’t even have a door on one of the rooms or the shower. Things break, for example the closet doors which were installed poorly, do not open or close properly. The elevators are constantly not working and the trash chute down.”
