Belk stores are hit & miss to me, but this one is a hit. Excellent staff (sparse as usual) that seemed knowledgeable and helpful. One of my favorites.

This establishment needs to fix their hours. The door says they close at 8 PM, but when I arrive today, they were closed at 7:50. This is the second time this has occurred!!!!!! Huge inconvenience

Not much for younger people. Geared more towards elderly style. Short-staffed. No carts. Dirty bathroom. This store used to be nice and clean. Sad.

I used to love Belk. Not anymore. This store is the worst Belk I have ever been in. Severe lack of sizes in every department. Clothes seem to just be for older folks. I was looking for a beige cami, none in the store but one or two. Empty racks everywhere. Dressings rooms with wallpaper peeling off, mirrors so dirty you cannot see yourself, carpet is filthy and has holes. I went into bathroom, and there was feces smeared and dried on stall floor. Mirror very dirty. Obviously has not been cleaned in months
The Wonderly brand is cheaply made. I bought three t- shirts, washed them twice, and they were stretched out and pills all over fabric. ( did not even put in dryer!!)
All of this brand us oversized and baggy. What happened to New Directions!?
Come on, Belk. You can do better.

Came in to buy a nice dress and matching tie for a wedding this past weekend. Found a gorgeous dress and helped my boyfriend tie his new tie. I'll definitely be back for my formalwear!

I think it's okay. They had quite a few things but most of them did not fit me. I ended up buying things here as gifts. I had to wait in line longer than expected. They had some good prices on some personal items too.

Has a decent variety of clothing for ladies of any size. The men's section is large, as well. Love the home goods. The staff is very nice and friendly. I like that you can order online and pick it up in the store.

I picked up a fragile, glass home decor gift for my mother after placing the order online. It arrived at the store quickly and in perfect condition. No curbside delivery was available, but I was directed to the jewelry department, where a very friendly and helpful associate wrapped my purchase in additional protective material and bagged it. Good service, though curbside delivery would have saved me some time and steps. But over all, a positive transaction.
