“I called them and was very skeptical. I called Rose (the best) as I have a brand new vehicle. We did clay, then not spray wax and Rose helped me with what I wanted and needed. She doesn't sugar coat or just wants to make money. They washed my new week and a half vehicle, then told me it needed the clay to remove containment. As my vehicle paint was rough. Once they washed the new vehicle, then clay cleaned, then they applied soft wax not spray wax. Like the old time wax. I am so pleased with my new vehicle.
They just gained a new customer! I with the wax from a can not spray wax, they brought me my vehicle and I couldn't believe how shiny, soft and my hand just couldn't believe the no more bumps.
I give rose and her company more than 10!”
“I would like to share this experience the workers at Joe's car Wash are awesome but I have to say I'm a little bit annoyed at the company itself first they had the Joe's touch which was great then they did away with it then if you were a sun shield customer you got a free interior done once a month which I thought was awesome now they've done away with that I would like to ask the company itself why are you doing away with all these great things and have to workers have to listen to everybody complaining that they're taking it away I am sorry to hear that they are doing that because the guys do a great job”

“I only go to Pops Auto for anything more than an oil change. They do a quality job at a reasonable price. Sometimes you can roll up without an appointment and they fix it day of. Though I think they prefer appointments.”

The staff is always friendly, polite, and kind, but Kim went above and beyond to help me this morning.
I accidentally locked both my keys and my phone inside my car, which could’ve have been major setback for me this morning. Kim was incredibly helpful and understanding throughout the entire situation. She generously allowed me to use her phone so I could contact a locksmith and figure everything out.
