Customer service is extinct all you get is a chat you cannot talk to a human being and when you ask for somebody to come in and fix a problem you get hung up on

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WORST EXPERIENCE TRYING TO CANCEL SERVICE. THEY DO NOTHING TO EARN AND KEEP YOUR BUSINESS.

What everyone else said--it's absolutely impossible to get service, let alone find a working phone number. The customer service center is helpless, and the number for the local business is out of service (much like the wifi we've already paid for).
