  worst service ever in my 25 yrs with this bank.....trying to get a free notary service///u get what u pay for..nothing ...no one ever available where i am at....must make online appt and drive tto numberouse branches to get service..

  The staff both in NY and Arizona are always very helpful . My personal bankers are professional and take their time to answer all questions. They will research if they don't know the answer and gets back to me and my husband in a reasonable time.

  I love Chase but their Lobby after hours door has be not accessible for a month. Honestly, I've come to expect more from Chase.
