“Let me tell you that I’ve been banking with United Southern Bank and Clermont for over 10 years and I have nothing but good things to say. I’ve never once dealt with anyone in this building that was rude or disrespectful and I’ve never had any crazy unexpected charges. If something looks even slightly suspicious they turn off my account until I call and verify whatever the purchase is. It’s always just me on Amazon lol but I appreciate the concern and attentiveness shown to my account.I started banking here because it was right next to my job at the time. I originally came here just to cash my checks but everyone was so nice and I always had such a good experience that I ended up making them my bank and have never banked with anyone else since. Just my two cents but if you’ve had enough with SunTrusts and Wells Fargos this is your place. Also, Mike Bucher is the best!”

“I’ve had a CS account for years and very pleased. A friend of mine was having a bad experience with another brokerage so I suggested they try CS. So I brought them in today and was greeted by Marina Borden. She helped us open both a IRA & Brokerage account and even generated all the required paperwork to initiate the IRA rollover. “I make it a point to visit in person regularly because in the final analysis nothing replaces the hometown feel that your bankers know your face. I have experienced personally and watched other people getting excellent treatment each and every time I have visited. From the manager Ed right around to the tellers like Connie Avile the whole team strives to always be courteous, really listen to what is needed and follow through when needed. The nature of banking means that sometimes they need to take a little extra time with some customers but when they get around to me, I can see that they are putting their best foot forward. Thank-you to everyone at Clermont branch - I highly recommend your location and service.”

They always know my name. They are friendly, polite and personable. They always ask about me and my family and in several instances have gone the extra mile to accommodate my banking needs. “I went in Friday to get information about opening a new account. As soon as I walked in I was greeted before I could sit down. I was expecting to wait for aleast 10 minutes. Alexandra was helping from another Clermont branch, she setup my new account, explained details of the account and the mobile app. The branch manager stopped to say hello and asked how everything went.
