The ATM machine screen keeps having problems interpreting my finger presses (example, i click 100.00 fastcash but it thinks I pressed 20.00)
On the second attempt to get money out (needed 100.00 cash) it gave me a ripped 20.00 bill. I have to come in here in the morning to get a replacement 20.00 bill.?

“I walked into this location maybe 2 or 3 times since I moved around the area. I have to say, they have Stellar customer service. I recently had an issue with a lost card, and Mr. Diaz, at the front teller, reminded me that through the Wells Fargo app, I can access my new card digitally and use tap pay through my phone wherever I need to go make my purchases. It may not be a big deal to some, but that made my day.”

“Relocating from Massachusetts to Florida can be very challenging, especially when managing business changes. We relocated from MA to Florida on August 3, 2024, and meeting Scarlett Rodríguez became one of the most positive experiences during this transition.
From our very first meeting in 2024, Scarlett took the time to thoroughly explain the business banking options Chase offers. At the time, I was overwhelmed by the changes we were facing, but her patience, knowledge, and ability to bring calm and clarity to the process truly stood out. Because of her professionalism and detailed explanations, I confidently decided to transfer all of our business accounts from TD Bank to Chase.
Scarlett was always accommodating with rescheduling and cancellations due to our business process, and despite how busy the Clermont traffic and branch can be, she consistently showed patience, understanding, and expertise. Her service made us feel supported as business owners navigating major changes. We were so satisfied that our business partners are flying to Florida in February specifically to work with Scarlett for their banking needs.
The only negative experience we encountered at the branch was with another employee who showed an unwelcoming attitude when we requested to work exclusively with Scarlett. While this was disappointing, Scarlett’s outstanding service completely outweighed that moment, and we chose to focus on the professionalism and care she provided.
We have had business accounts with TD Bank since 2018 and previously had an amazing experience with Branch Manager Yaritza LeBron. However, based on our recent needs, we believe TD Bank could benefit from additional training focused on business banking services how Ms. Lebron and Mrs. Rodriguez serve the business community.
Overall, we are extremely satisfied with Chase because of Scarlett Rodríguez. She is an exceptional asset to the bank and truly understands how to support business owners during times of change.”
