Rather pleased. The man who helped me out was real nice. I also liked seeing the promotion and then actually getting it. I scored an extra $350! Overall, 53rd is one of the best banks I've used. They have an equally nice online dashboard too. The corporate is also in my old home state of Ohio! So I'm a fan.

I tried to get some account details changed and the banker was very rude about and didn’t end up doing half of what I asked
