He is extremely knowledgeable and comes from a family that has been in jewelry-making for several generations. Customers are treated with fairness in pricing and with customer service. The store handles all jewelry and watch repair needs. Work is done beautifully, with items fixed, cleaned, and made sparkly. Repairs are completed promptly, often faster than estimated. The owner provides clear explanations about what can be fixed and offers great prices. He does amazing work on rings, chains, necklaces, watches, battery changes, and loose stones. It is always a great experience. Many customers have been there many times and highly recommend the store.
