“Came in to see if I could get my bracelet with a broken clasp repaired after seeing all the great reviews this shop has. Spoke to Ravi while he worked on something out back and explained what I needed, he popped out for a second to check out my bracelet and took it back. We started talking about our dogs and before I knew it he was back up at the front of the shop handing me my bracelet, now fixed. I was astounded and totally grateful.
