“This is a great place to workout. People are friendly and at the same time keep to themselves. Yet whenever I need help with a new routine or new equipment there always seems another member happy to assist. Place is clean and they seem to periodically upgrade equipment or change space that is practical for the members. I’d say that David the owner is proactive with his gym - Nice Job!”

With that being said over only a short period of time due to 9rounds advanced training methods the progress and growth you will see in your physical appearance is unmatchable by any other facility and not only will you see a dramatic difference in your physical appearance but you will also grow mentally due to the work ethic instilled in you by the trainers. “Red- my comments and exsperince all positive I’m lone survivor 22 years plus as well as friends with Dr Paul from day 1 the staff going back years chase I’ve known longest and his family Preston same both very knowledgeable and helpful many employees working over this period some helpful keep gym clean up and running a gym is a gym this gym has anything a person or member needs for different wants and needs the affordability and 24/7 access since day 1 been in there. Many different times lately evening mostly dealing with Natalie to me does more keep members satisfaction with cleanliness and overall help and friendly conversation unless lords gym ever closes door I will be seen trying keep mind and body in shape”
“My son has been attending Dreamplex since he was 7 years old, and he is now 20. Every time I mention that we have a Dreamplex event coming up, he gets excited. Even while I’m at work, he will say, “Tell Cameron I said hello.”

“This is my go to gym when I visit my parents in Clermont. I love the no rehab to the gym. They have plenty of cardio equipment, machines, free weights and stations. The gym is clean and you never have to wait too long for any piece of equipment.”

“Good place to work out. Friendly staff, I am always greeted with a smile. They offer water and hydrating drinks by the entrance for when you forget to bring your own or run out. I like the variety or equipment including the entertainment for the cardio area. I only wish it was a bit bigger place to reduce wait time for equipment. This long waits prolongs my visit sometimes or cuts short my routine when I don't have extra time. The gym could also use a room for classes or more free space for floor workouts (another wait factor). This gym is well kept, is always clean and there is plenty of cleaning supplies for us to clean after use. At this location they offer, massage chairs, meditation room, and tanning (the red light therapy is not available here) as perks of the black card. The bathrooms are clean and offer showers, large dressing area and lockers. For some small lockers you will not need your own lock, the quantity is very limited but very nice to offer for free. There is plenty of large lockers that you can use your own lock. The parking is free and big with good lighting near the building.”

“I come here when I’m in the area, however, the only leg extension machine has been broken the entire time I’ve been coming here and that’s a bit ridiculous. Get it fixed. It’s an important piece of equipment. You can’t adjust it! The button is broken off. The facility is a little older but it’s generally clean. It’s a smaller location in a strip mall next to Publix and there’s a GNC in the strip mall too which is a bonus! The people who work here are nice. There’s a place to charge your phones and a separate fitness studio which I like.”
