Orlando Health National Training Center is a state-of-the-art sports and fitness facility in Clermont, FL, serving as a warm weather training destination. It is described as a very clean, well-maintained, and amazing hidden treasure. The facility offers a good gym with good equipment, a fantastic open swimming pool great for training and water polo, and fields. There are tons of classes to choose from with some of the best trainers. The staff and team are consistently noted as super friendly, helpful, kind, and great. Members appreciate the diverse group of people and great hours, though some wish for later weekend closing times. It is highly recommended for health and wellness.
Great place to swim, train, socialize. They had aqua classes today. So many classes and sports! Swim teams, water polo, swim lessons, aqua rehab and so much more!!
