The Clermont bank on Hwy 50 and Hancock is amazing. We have had fraud and theft which was a major problem. They treated us like family and each person we dealt with was so helpful and understanding. It’s awful to have banking issues, but they all were professional!

The app is always causing me problems, customer service is usually rude. Wish I would’ve set up an account with a bigger bank or credit union but oh well.
