I reached out to Plantation Jewelers and the owner Alex, said to bring it by, which was at 5:15 pm on a Friday. He was able to remove the bead and also cleaned my bracelets and charms, in a matter of minutes. Always impeccable, friendly service. He always goes the extra mile for his customers.
