Whichever location I visit, they make the process so easy and painless. Even my 10-year-old daughter likes going there to get hers done. They really are the best!
For those leaving bad reviews due to wait times, first, definitely book an appointment online. I had to walk in once and never again; they are so busy with scheduled appointments that it can literally take hours to get in without one. Second, even if the board doesn't look like a lot of people are waiting, some tests take forever—especially for children—so keep that in mind if you're a walk-in. Lastly, if you've been waiting more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, speak up! They can't read your mind.”

“I was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time. My technician was very nice and professional. I was very happy with the service. I come every 4 weeks and have always had a good experience. I love that all of the technicians are so well-trained at finding a vein on the first try! It is better than when I am in the hospital, and sometimes have 3 nurses dig around before finding one. They are friendly and kind (even in early morning hours).”

“I was very very nervous about getting a ct scan with contrast. The technician, Tom was so kind & he reassured me that it was going to be fine. I have a strong aversion to needles but Tom was very patient with me as I mentally prepared for the needle/contrast.. He made the ct scan not as awful as I thought it was going to be.”
