For the first time (and I have been coming for years) the staff, when calling the next patient, stopped to ask how everybody else was doing! That was wonderful and refreshing.
Also, my phlebotomist (I cant remember her name, but she had dark curly hair) was wonderful. Friendly, caring, kind, and efficient.

Online appointments are fast. I’m normally called a few minutes earlier and I’m out within 10-12 mins. Always great customer service.
