I take my car back to Reed Nissan of Clermont for every service because my service advisor, Jose Leon, always explains things well, communicates any changes, and I know that he will take care of things. I always make sure my appointments are booked with him.

Wanna start of by warning people of this dealership ...they offer 7 year warranty with purchasing pre certified only to find out not even a year after purchasing the vehicle they never entered in the system so I'm beat.... called dealership over a dozen times spoke to even fiance manager who did the deal on my vehicle Adam Saaidi ...who promised he would get this corrected an get back to me ...guess what nothing ...terrible terrible customer service try another dealership Reed nissan in clermont, FL a joke ! They think they got over on me but until they see legal actions they will know thats not the correct way to do business.....also would like to note I've reached out to the dealership over a dozen times an yet nothing has been done ...stay away from this dealership ...even the owner replied but yet has done nothing to fix the situation !
As u can see they advertise on there website but never follow threw on there promotion... should have gotten a Toyota!
